I hope it can be resolved soon and I’m more than happy to help with testing if there is a beta that might resolve the problem.
There is there is a delay in OBS in starting the stream and (maybe) there is also a delay in Facebook to display the video and/or recognize the stream key from OBS.

Jan 31, 2019 #10 Do you have a screenshot of it? There doesn't appear to be anything in the log indicating this. I assume you also do not see the pixellation when viewing the OBS preview, only when viewing the stream result?
Refreshing used to work for me, now it just seems like it doesn’t even want to try to connect. Starting the livestream on OBS doesn’t work for me either because I get an instant error message.

Apr 5, 2020 #15 I'm not sure if this was a one off but I created a new Profile on my Mac and imported my OBS Scenes from my ususal Profile and I was able to run a FB Live stream for 1h 10mins before OBS crashed because I hadn't disabled OBS in Input Monitoring when I tried to enter Keychain.
Mine is actually a connection failure, meaning the START STREAMING button indicates a very quick change of state, then the error window pops up, and the button goes back to START STREAMING. I’ve tried refreshing the browser many times, but with no luck.
